Art By Marisol

Marisol Gomez is a current M.S. Biological Sciences Student at The University of Alabama studying biology with a focus on neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., mTBI, PTSD, etc.), drug discovery and neuroinflammation. She plans to hopefully one day, successfully obtain a PhD./M.D. to become a physician scientist, advocator, and educator within the field of science & medicine. She looks forward to advancing in this career path, deepening her knowledge and skills while further integrating science and art.
